Korean BBQ Bowls

I bought everything from Trader Joes!


1 packet Bool Kogi - sesame marinated beef

1 packet Bok Choi

1 packet shiitake mushrooms

1 packet mixed coleslaw

1 packet basmati rice

Salt/ pep/ garlic

Sesame oil

white rice wine vinegar

Cilantro

Green onion


Directions: start with making rice according to the package. Sear bok choi, then cover with a little water to let them steam. Coat mushrooms with salt/pep/garlic and sauté in a little sesame

Oil. Chop green onions and cilantro. In a bowl, mix 3 cups coleslaw with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, Mix in 1 tablespoon cilantro and 2 tablespoons of green onion.


Plate: rice first, then beef on one quarter, bok choi on another, mushrooms on the other, coleslaw on the last quarter. Top with extra cilantro and green onion. I added a dash of sesame seed for effect!
