Meet
Chanel
I know what it's like to feel lost in your own body.
After 19 years as a competitive athlete - from youth sports to Division I softball to professional leagues in Europe - my identity was wrapped up in what my body could do. Then my career ended at 22, and I had no idea who I was without it.
That lost feeling? That's what led me to coaching. Because I've learned that strength isn't just about what you can lift. It's about reclaiming yourself when life tries to take you off course.
I Help Busy Moms Reclaim the Strength They Thought Was Gone Forever" Former Division I Athlete | NPC Figure Competitor | Mom of Two | 16+ Years Coaching Real Women

Who I am
Here's what qualifies me to coach you:
• 15+ years as a certified personal trainer and strength coach
• Former Division I athlete (Syracuse University)
• Professional bodybuilder (competed in Europe)
• NPC Figure competitor (3 first-place finishes, top 5 at Nationals)
• Trained everyone from youth athletes to busy moms to executives
• Mom of two boys (blended family) who keep me grounded...and at time, tired!
I've worked at Gold's Gym, Equinox, Broadcom Corporate Gym, private studios, and now run my own coaching business. I've seen every excuse, every obstacle, and every breakthrough. And I've learned one thing: consistency beats perfection every single time.
Why I do this
Here's the truth:
Most women I work with aren't trying to become professional athletes. They're trying to feel like themselves again.
They want to lift their kids without their back hurting. They want to look in the mirror and recognize the woman staring back. They want energy that lasts past 2pm. They want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their own skin.
That's what I help you build.
Not through restrictive diets or punishing workouts. Not by living in the gym or giving up your life.
Through progressive strength training, sustainable nutrition, and a system that actually fits into your real, messy, beautiful life.
What I believe
My approach is simple:
• Strength isn't built by doing hard workouts. It's built by doing the RIGHT workouts in the RIGHT order.
• You don't need more willpower. You need a better system.
• Your body isn't broken. Your approach is.
• Consistency beats intensity. Progress beats perfection.
Who this is for
I work best with women who:
• Are tired of random workouts that don't build on each other
• Want structure without rigidity
• Are ready to invest in themselves (time, energy, money)
• Don't want a cheerleader - they want a coach who tells the truth
• Are willing to show up even when it's hard
If that's you, we're going to get along just fine.
My credentials
Education: Syracuse University, 2008 Bachelor of Science: Communications
Certifications: • Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA) • Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (ISSA) • Certified Online Trainer (ISSA) • Former NASM, Kettlebell, Power Plate, Equinox Trainer Academy
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me at my sons' sports games, traveling with my husband, or convincing my family to try something new (they don't always appreciate my enthusiasm).
I believe fitness should bring joy, not stress. Movement should feel like freedom, not punishment.
That's what I'm here to help you build.
