Filmed on my Hawaiian vacation, this session uses just a mini band (and a towel if you want one) to deliver a heart-pumping mix of functional strength, cardio, core, and athletic movement. No mat, no gym, no excuses.
You’ll move through 3 circuits of 3 exercises with 30:10 intervals, blending dynamic strength and spicy cardio bursts to get your heart rate up, muscles firing, and metabolism turned on for the day.
