  • 50–60 minute weekly sessions

  • A custom workout plan built specifically for you

  • Full access to the Joy Movement App

  • “Homework” workouts for additional days between sessions

  • Habit tracking and accountability

  • Macronutrient recommendations

  • Progress check-ins using body measurements

  • Ongoing support and open communication

New clients are accepted based on availability.
Approved inquiries will receive a complimentary assessment session.

Price: $199/month
Once you enroll, allow a few days (2–4 business days) for your custom program to be created inside my Joy Movement App.

You’ll receive:

Your entire coaching experience is delivered through Trainerize, a world-class training app used by top fitness professionals. You’ll have everything in one place so you can stay focused, consistent, and confident in your progress.

Joy Movement: Morning Club

Only Offered in Summer: Registration Closed until 2026

  • ​3 Weekly training sessions: 45 minutes

  • Small group training: bootcamp style

  • Intimate friendly environment 

  • Supportive community 

  • Modifications provided

  • Functional training for fat loss

  • Fun Fridays group walk to coffee
