Common Questions

What equipment do I need?

For Foundation 45, you'll need a variety of dumbbells (light, medium, and heavy), resistance mini bands, and a mat. For Evolve 90, I recommend adding a heavier set of dumbbells, and a stable chair or bench.

Can I do the program from home?

Absolutely. My programs are designed for your home gym or even a sun-drenched coastal balcony on vacation. Just ensure you have a stable surface and a mat for your comfort.

What if I miss a workout?

Flexibility is built into the program. If you miss a session, simply adjust your schedule by moving your workout to a different day. Your body is built to carry the weight of your life, and your strength is your standard.
