Letter From the Founder
Thank you for your interest in Joy Movement. With 15 years of experience as a Certified Fitness Coach and my background as a former Division I and Professional Athlete, I’ve learned that true joyful living requires a holistic approach—one that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. The name Joy Movement was chosen as a meaningful play on words to connect health, fitness, and community. We are a collective of like-minded individuals united by a shared goal: achieving optimal health. While looking good is important, our primary focus is on feeling good—embracing happiness, energy, confidence, and living with ease and gratitude. The "Movement" in our name represents the joy we find in physical activity. For us, exercise goes beyond fat loss and muscle gain; it’s a way to clear our minds, release stress, and energize our lives. I believe Joy Movement has something to offer everyone.
