*All private in person training sessions are performed in my private residence home gym. For obvious reasons, there is a vetting process in order to become my private client. I take my, and my family's, privacy very serious. A phone conversation and initial session will be enforced to confirm a harmonious professional relationship. It is at my discretion whether we move forward with private training. Thank you for understanding.
Private
Private and semi-private clients receive personalized plans tailored to their unique fitness goals and needs. Following an initial assessment and body composition analysis, we'll discuss your goals, time frame, daily habits, and motivation levels to create a plan that helps you achieve your fitness objectives efficiently and effectively. Accountability is key, with regular check-ins and body composition reassessments to keep you on track. Nutrition guidance is also available to support your overall progress. Sessions are 50-60 minutes in duration and movement homework is given on off training days. Cancellation policy 12 hours notice.
Online
Online clients will receive a link to complete an initial assessment, allowing me to understand how best to support you in reaching your fitness goals. Through my training app (Trainerize), you'll have access to a daily calendar featuring your workout or cardio for the day, nutrition goals, and daily habits to guide you. Weekly check-ins with me are essential for maintaining accountability, and ongoing communication through the app is highly encouraged. This partnership allows us to work together seamlessly, no matter where you live.
