Private and semi-private clients benefit from personalized plans designed specifically to meet their unique fitness goals and needs. After an initial assessment and body composition analysis, we’ll dive into your objectives, timeline, daily habits, and motivation levels to craft a plan that ensures efficient and effective progress.

Accountability is a cornerstone of our approach, with regular check-ins and body composition reassessments to keep you aligned with your goals. Nutrition guidance is also available to support your overall journey.

Sessions last 50-60 minutes, and you’ll receive movement homework to stay active on non-training days. Please note our 12-hour cancellation policy to reschedule or avoid session charges. Together, we’ll make your goals a reality!

Online

When you join as an online client, you'll start by completing an initial assessment to help me understand how to best support you in achieving your fitness goals. Using my training app, Trainerize, you'll gain access to a personalized daily calendar featuring your workouts or cardio sessions, nutrition targets, and daily habits to keep you on track.

Weekly check-ins with me are key to staying accountable, and ongoing communication through the app is always encouraged—I'm here for you every step of the way. This partnership ensures we can work together seamlessly, no matter where in the world you are. Let's crush your goals together!
